  The company responded promptly to my request for assistance. The engineer Hanni arrived within the time specified, explained what he would be doing and showed me what he had done. However company administration should have explained payment options and associated costs prior to the job being undertaken.

  Fixing a Rangemaster kitchener

  Excellet service. Answered almost immediately when I posted the job and came straight over. Went straight out to get the part, came back, fitted it and fixed a problem with the temperature selector. Was clear all along what he was doing, why it was important and how much it would cost me. Really good experience that I would recommend to anyone.

  Installation of gas pipe and repaired range master cooker

  I needed a last-minute urgent repair, and RJQ Repairs Ltd were incredibly accommodating - they booked me in straight away. The engineer arrived the next day, quickly diagnosed the issue, and to my surprise, fixed my cooker on the spot! I was extremely happy with the repair. The engineer’s professionalism and mannerisms were impeccable. 10/10 service. I will definitely be returning for any future issues. Thank you!

  F105 ERROR FOR LAMONA OVEN REQUIRED A NEW OVEN

  I had a howdens Lamona oven which was 5/6 years old. in the last 7 months it kept turning itself of leaving a F105 error that the manuel does not identify this error code. R J Q were the only ones that would touch the oven. there is a call out charge this helped for a while but still it kept switching off. We called him out again and he came quickly. It was decided a new oven was require. He helped find a new oven to fit with the dimensions of our old one. ordered it and fitted it. very happy with this service. only thing i would say he needs to keep customers updated on transactions.

  i have called 3 companys they could not fix it i called rjq repairs they where very helpfull polite and professional They fixed the washing mashine and now the washing machine work like new thanks rjq repairs will recomend to all friends
