I had a howdens Lamona oven which was 5/6 years old. in the last 7 months it kept turning itself of leaving a F105 error that the manuel does not identify this error code. R J Q were the only ones that would touch the oven. there is a call out charge this helped for a while but still it kept switching off. We called him out again and he came quickly. It was decided a new oven was require. He helped find a new oven to fit with the dimensions of our old one. ordered it and fitted it. very happy with this service. only thing i would say he needs to keep customers updated on transactions.

I contacted RJQ Repairs in the morning and the job was completed in the afternoon. Excellent.

i have called 3 companys they could not fix it i called rjq repairs they where very helpfull polite and professional They fixed the washing mashine and now the washing machine work like new thanks rjq repairs will recomend to all friends

Water not draining from washing machine. The cap at bottom just needed to be drained. This man charged £50 for estimate then charged my disabled elderly parents whom are highly vulnerable, £230 and the washing machine is still not fixed. He shouted and was aggressive towards them and demanded the money they were frightened and handed him the money. My mother later was admitted to hospital.

Excellent service provided. Arrived in the time slot given and was friendly and helpful throughout. Provided clear explanation of the options available and carried out the work quickly and neatly. Was also very considerate of circumstances of the house at the time.
