  Richie took every bit of care for our job, insuring us it was perfect for what we wanted. He communicated brilliantly and made sure he was very available for us. He takes pride in his work and it really shows.

  Richie decommissioned an old electric shower and fitted a new thermostatic bath tap and shower. He was brilliant through the entire process from talking me through the job on the phone during the initial call, to turning up when he said he would to leaving the site perfectly clean at the end. He talked me through what was happening and how to use the new product and I'd definitely recommend him.

  The work was carried out in several locations in our church building, and all to a very high standard. Richard was able to identify and solve each problem. He also managed to contact Southern Water to achieve a speedy resolution to a problem that was their responsibility.
