Richard is a 'plumbing detective '. He will systematically go through possible causes of a problem with great patience. He was able to flush out some grit in an incoming main water pipe after outside work by the water board. Thorough, patient and always polite, he has built up considerable experience.

Richard is courteous, friendly and professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and always explains step by step what the jobs entail. He has carried out several plumbing repair/ installations for us over the last few years, most recently a replacement kitchen tap, fixing a plunge plug and repairing another tap. He always leaves a tidy working area. We would highly recommend Richard. 10 out of 10

Richard did an excellent job. sorting out a leak at the back of the washing machine. He's obviously very experienced, knows the job inside out and quickly diagnosed the issue and completed a fix I have confidence in. A very thorough job.

Richard arrived on time and spent a long time saving our ancient, but decorative WC rather than replace the whole thing. He is clearly a very experienced plumber and had to work with a cistern that is probably 80+ years old. He did a very good job and everything is working fine again now. I would definitely recommend him.

A simple matter of changing a washer on a dripping tap - but a very old somewhat corroded tap. The plumber came on timewith a few days notice and resolved the issue in minutes. Good work
