I rang Richard to have a look at my kitchen mixer tap that was leaking, after a failed attempt by a previous local plumber to fix it. Richard agreed to visit in an hour and arrived promptly. He immediately diagnosed and explained the problem to me; the part that was replaced by the previous plumber was wrong, and caused even further leakage. Same day he ordered the correct part and replaced it on the same day of its arrival. Thank you Richard
