    Very Efficient and Professional

    Roman arranged the appointment quickly and arrived on time to Worthing. He was quick to diagnose the problem and was able to provide me with a choice of locks, allowing for my budget. He was very polite, helpful and professional. I'm very happy with the job he completed and would highly recommend this knowledgeable locksmith.

    Handles Not Matching

    Unfortunately my experience wasn’t the same as other reviews. I think £200 for 30 mins work is expensive. Roman changed 2 window handles for me, unfortunately they didn’t match the other handles. He never told me that would happen. He did rectify this by giving me 2 of his own handles. Unfortunately he took away my original 4 handles, which I might need if other handles need changing.

    Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify that a quote was provided before the work was carried out. Additionally, the work included not only replacing two handles, but also the window mechanism. Old parts were returned to you by your request.
