Unfortunately my experience wasn’t the same as other reviews. I think £200 for 30 mins work is expensive. Roman changed 2 window handles for me, unfortunately they didn’t match the other handles. He never told me that would happen. He did rectify this by giving me 2 of his own handles. Unfortunately he took away my original 4 handles, which I might need if other handles need changing.

Excellent service from Romans who came out within 45 minutes of contacting him and was able to carry out the work there and then. He identified the problem with the lock and mechanism on my front door and replaced them which has made it feel much more secure. Would recommend.
