Thermostat Replacement and safety check

Placed a query for a thermostat replacement and was given a reasonable price. Appointments were readily available and flexibility was an option. Also carried a gas safety check within the appointment time, allowing me to save a bit of money. Friendly, communicative and helpful.

Richie put himself out to come in the evening to help with an urgent problem, was very friendly, reasonably priced, did a good job. He also made suggestions for how to improve our boiler drainage to help the problem be avoided in the future but without any hard sell.

Great service and vfm

Just had RJ Heating to advise on some plumbing problems and service my combi boiler. Ritchie was great, very knowledgeable and professional. Explained clearly what the problem was and what he needed to. Was friendly, punctual and charge a very fair price for the work and peace of mind going into wibter! Will definately be using again!
