Hired this company to fix my hot water issue but unfortunately same problem after 3 days .. now have hire other company to try fix it

It’s disappointing you’ve left a negative review when we’re already in contact. We attended to an intermittent fault & made a repair (evidenced with photos & job report). We advised that you were to monitor as further works may be required & you agreed.

Replace faulty three-way valve

Richie replied promptly to my enquiry, he gave me an estimate for the work. He arrived on time. Richie was polite, friendly, helpful and informative. He gave an expert opinion on the problem and fixed it straight away. He was knowledgeable about my heating system and gave good advice. His work is reliable, tidy and to a high standard. I highly recommend him.
