Richie has carried out a number of jobs for us over the years, from boiler servicing and repairs to radiator replacement and other ad hoc jobs. Richie is friendly and approachable, responsive and reliable and always completes his work to a high standard. Richie replied promptly to my enquiry, he gave me an estimate for the work. He arrived on time. Richie was polite, friendly, helpful and informative. He gave an expert opinion on the problem and fixed it straight away. He was knowledgeable about my heating system and gave good advice. His work is reliable, tidy and to a high standard.
