Richie responded immediately to my phone call to enquire about fixing a boiler fault and was able to fit in a visit on the same day. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem and did so in a cheerful, professional and tidy manner, and at a reasonable price.

Carried out gas boiler service and issue of gas certificate with great satisfaction. Engineer was quite punctual and very pleasant person to deal with. Have already booked him for next year.
