Rick and Lisa Bowell agreed a price and starting date with good email communications. Rick turned up at agreed time and date. He was pleasant and punctual every day of the works without fail until the job was complete. We were very pleased with the result as it was exactly as ordered. We had a bit of an emergency, a leaking shower hose. Rick fixed it very quickly then installed a radiator we had ordered; very impressive. He has done many jobs for us over the last seven years.
