  Utility room modification

  Rick removed the old outside toilet and created new plumbing for the washing machine and inatalled an outside tap. All work was done quickly and tidily and I am very happy with the result. Now we are ready to organise a laundry room in the converted space.

  Conversion of a larder/pantry room to a toilet

  The end result was good despite some unexpected complications such as concrete blocks under flooring in the adjacent kitchen where new pipework was originally anticipated to be routed. Alternative pipework with boxing was proposed and implemented instead. A tile also developed a crack in it after fitting (before completion of the job) but was identified the next day and swiftly rectified by Rick. He went beyond what could be expected on several occasions and was always friendly and helpful in proposing solutions and alternatives. He also had a strong work ethic and finished the job on time

  Fitting a Water Pump

  We have had low pressure for many years and having just having had Rick from RJ & L Bowell complete our downstairs Bathroom remodel, we had him fit a water pump to assist with increasing water pressure, as per previous projects its his attention to detail and all round professional approach to the job in hand ,which is why we would definitely recommend contacting Rick and Lisa for advise and guidance regarding most home improvement projects.

  Bathroom Modernising

  Having used RJ Bowell Home improvements last year to refurbish an upstairs bathroom we had no hesitation for Rick to carry out a total bathroom remodel downstairs this last couple of weeks. Excellent communication throughout the project with meticulous attention to detail and ensuring disruption is kept to a minimum, is the reason why when our next project comes up there will be no hesitation to contact Rick and Lisa for a quote and advise.

  Replaced internal door with fire door to garage

  We have used Rick on a number of occasions. He replaced existing hall door with new fire door and surround to garage. Approachable, great workmanship and left clean and tidy. Very happy with result. Will always use Rick for future projects!

  Install shower/ shower enclosure/ tray/ tiling

  We have used Rick before and again he didn’t disappoint. From start to finish he does an excellent job. He is approachable at all times, Quality of workmanship is excellent, totally trustworthy. Leaves clean and tidy after working day. Nothing is too much trouble so have no hesitation in recommending him and look forward to using him again for future projects.
