This is the second bathroom Rick has done for us, and once again the work carried out by Rick is of very high quality, and a very competitive price. If you’re thinking of getting any job done, I can highly recommend Rick.

Highly recommend Rick, quote was very competitive, communication prior to starting work was excellent. Turned up on the day that he was scheduled to, was extremely clean and tidy throughout the whole job, and turned up everyday. The quality of Rick’s work is excellent, felt extremely comfortable with Rick in the house, and was able to trust him with keys so he could let himself in if we weren’t here. Rick also asked loads of questions throughout the job, so at the end we got exactly what we wanted. Highly recommended

Rick removed the old outside toilet and created new plumbing for the washing machine and inatalled an outside tap. All work was done quickly and tidily and I am very happy with the result. Now we are ready to organise a laundry room in the converted space.

The end result was good despite some unexpected complications such as concrete blocks under flooring in the adjacent kitchen where new pipework was originally anticipated to be routed. Alternative pipework with boxing was proposed and implemented instead. A tile also developed a crack in it after fitting (before completion of the job) but was identified the next day and swiftly rectified by Rick. He went beyond what could be expected on several occasions and was always friendly and helpful in proposing solutions and alternatives. He also had a strong work ethic and finished the job on time

We have had low pressure for many years and having just having had Rick from RJ & L Bowell complete our downstairs Bathroom remodel, we had him fit a water pump to assist with increasing water pressure, as per previous projects its his attention to detail and all round professional approach to the job in hand ,which is why we would definitely recommend contacting Rick and Lisa for advise and guidance regarding most home improvement projects.

Having used RJ Bowell Home improvements last year to refurbish an upstairs bathroom we had no hesitation for Rick to carry out a total bathroom remodel downstairs this last couple of weeks. Excellent communication throughout the project with meticulous attention to detail and ensuring disruption is kept to a minimum, is the reason why when our next project comes up there will be no hesitation to contact Rick and Lisa for a quote and advise.
