Fantastic product and service!!!! I’ve had my lounge and bedroom done, planning to do my remaining rooms soon. This company is very efficient and easy to deal with. Communication is excellent. Would highly recommend.

Compared the prices and lead times with three shutters suppliers. Riverside Shutters is the one who offered the best price and shortest lead time for us. They supplied and fitted local PVC shutters for all 5 windows in 4 weeks since we place the order, so we crucial for us to get rid of the Sunlight before summer. Riverside’s PVC shutters are even cheaper than other suppliers’ China made wooden shutters which need 9 weeks for delivery.

Had shutters to bay window fitted and very pleased with the result. From initial contact and visit to the shop all the team were great to deal with, and delivery and install happened according to plan. Really makes the room look snug!

We are absolutely delighted with our new shutters and the service from Riverside Shutters. Mike was helpful and informative about all our options for colours, styles and fixtures - making thoughtful recommendations and based on experience (all of which we went for). The shutters are beautiful and fit brilliantly. Walter, our fitter, was lovely and took time, care and pride in what he did. Really impressed that Riverside gave him the whole day (7 hours) to fit the shutters - no trying to rush him off to other jobs as can happen - so he had time to fit them perfect. Brilliant service, we love our new shutters! Just what we were hoping for! Easy to deal with, staff have all been very friendly and accommodating, the gentleman that fitted the shutters was very thorough, took his time to do a perfect job!
