  Alex and company recently carried out a complete refit of my bathroom. They were very professional and attentive to every detail. The room had to be taken back to the bare bones which meant issues were uncovered. Alex took them all in his stride and went above and beyond to fix them. I am delighted with the finished product and have no hesitation in recommending them.

  Highly recommend Riverside to remodel your home!

  I highly recommend Alex from Riverside to remodel your home. He and his team were incredibly professional and very clean. When you do work in your home there is a lot of dust but they mopped the floors and clean up before they left everyday. We also had a lot of faulty work from our previous builders and they fixed all of that: live electrical wiring, faulty exhaust fan, etc. Alex is reliable, he makes recommendations and was quick to respond to my messages. The final product of our bathroom is incredible, the finish is meticulously done. We plan to use Alex again for future projects!

  New Shower Room plus extras

  Alex and his team did a fantastic job at our Victorian house, mostly installing a new shower room. The house has very bad access, and they overcame this parking issue each day with ease and a good attitude. Their work was excellent, and I felt I was in very experienced hands. Shab did an excellent job everywhere he went and is genuinely a great builder. Ali was also wonderful with his decorating tips and tricks, as well as his smile each day. I would not hesitate to recommend Riverside Property Services, and I look forward to working with them again on future projects.

  Garage converted to utility room, plus electrical fixes and shower door installation.

  Alex and his team were fantastic from start to finish. They converted my garage into a brilliant utility room, well-insulated, neatly finished, and totally transformed. They also completed various electrical fixes around the house and fitted a shower door, all to a high standard. Reliable, tidy, and a pleasure to work with. I really appreciated the clear communication and attention to detail. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them again. Thank you, Alex and team.

  Excellent experience.

  Alex was extremely helpful from planning of the work to completion. He and his team turned up when they said they would, were polite and helpful. They took care to protect our home and cleaned up every day and at the end of the work. We are delighted with the finish of the work. I would be happy to recommend this Company.

  Alex is amazing

  This was the second time we asked Alex to help us… this time to detect a water leak. His response was prompt and he located the issue quickly. Alex shared what was going on, every step of the way and even made sure to cover up the space so our cats didn’t get into a pickle. I could not recommend Alex enough!! He is truly amazing!!!
