Alex renovated our bathroom, replacing the bath with a walk in shower. He fitted a heated towel rail, basin and shower pump. The room was tiled and painted. When decisions were needed Alex clearly and patiently explained the options available Alex and his team took care to protect my stair carpets and hall floor and cleaned through before leaving each day. Alex kept me informed of the work to be done. He was punctual, kept to his schedule finishing ahead of time. I am delighted with the new bathroom. Our flat required a complete strip-down (to the brick) of all rooms, bathroom, toilet, plumbing, electricity, etc. Alex was very thorough starting from understanding our needs, budgets, advising courteously when we were unsure.
