  Knocking down and building a new wall.

  Dan was extremely professional and efficient knocking down and building a new wall. Even when hit with an obstacle of finding pipes in the wall he was able to move these completing the job. When I asked him to look into another issue of mine he was able to help and provide useful advice. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

  rebuilding and replastering outside damaged wall and putting right internal damage

  Very, very happy with the work, timing, and politness. I would certainly and highly recommend Dan of Ringwood Building and Maintenance to anyone. He is an all rounder with regards to building and maintenance. We will definately be asking if he would do other work for us when we move to our new property and am already passing the word around. Good people are very hard to find. It's a 10 star rating from us. Thank you.

  Garage conversion

  Dan converted our garage into a study. He has done a fantastic job and took real care over the work and gave excellent advice. He was incredibly helpful and reliable and communicated very well. He is a really nice guy and it was a pleasure to have him around. We wholeheartedly recommend Dan.

  Strip out extension & old kitchen, reconfigure the space and fit new kitchen.

  This was quite a big project as it involved removing a partition, creating new doorway, levelling floors and plastering. Also fitted a new kitchen, including plumbing, electrics, tiling and flooring . Dan & Dan worked hard for 3 weeks to get it all done. Dan organized any necessary Trades, who were all great. Dan did his best to minimize disruption to us, installed temporary sink and tap and screened off the work area so our house remained livable throughout. Very pleased with new kitchen and layout.

  Remedial work following our unfortunate run in with a cowboy trader

  Absolutely fantastic! Contacted Ringwood Building and maintenance after an unfortunate run in with a complete cowboy trader. Daniel has done a fantastic job and got us out of a very difficult situation. Honest, reliable, tidy worker at a very reasonable price compared to others. Highly recommended and already given his number to others that have needed work doing. Great communication at all times. Can’t thank him enough - won’t use anyone else in future!
