Converting garage into Garage Room

Dan was amazing from the word go-he discussed plans with me and gave me great advice regarding my garage conversion. He explained everything he was going to do and gave me a very accurate quote. He checked in with me regularly throughout the project and came to me to discuss any issues he came across before proceeding. The project was completed on time, on budget and to a very high standard. Dan is reliable, hard working, considerate and generally a thoroughly nice bloke! His many years of experience are evident in the standard of his work and his knowledge of the building trade.

So very glad that google searching and review analysis found us Dan. From start to finish, the experience couldn't have been better - survey with design and materials advice produced a smart new bedroom window and in the front, a pair of swing doors to separate the front door from the rest of the hall for added security and insulation. A pleasure to know, with meticulous accuracy and attention to detail and drive to please. There is now a further project to look forward to based on Dan's inquisitive nature in discovering a conservatory floor defect requiring his expertise to resolve.

Dan was extremely professional and efficient knocking down and building a new wall. Even when hit with an obstacle of finding pipes in the wall he was able to move these completing the job. When I asked him to look into another issue of mine he was able to help and provide useful advice. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Very, very happy with the work, timing, and politness. I would certainly and highly recommend Dan of Ringwood Building and Maintenance to anyone. He is an all rounder with regards to building and maintenance. We will definately be asking if he would do other work for us when we move to our new property and am already passing the word around. Dan converted our garage into a study. He has done a fantastic job and took real care over the work and gave excellent advice. He was incredibly helpful and reliable and communicated very well. He is a really nice guy and it was a pleasure to have him around. We wholeheartedly recommend Dan.
