  Leaking roof required diagnosing

  Diagnosed the initial problem and quoted with no pressure. With work agreed communication was good and clear. They arrived on time each day, completed all work quickly, and cleared up afterwards. Additional works were identified, verified and completed. The team were both friendly, pleasant and helpful.

  Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! The team carried out roof ridge pointing and gutter repairs to a very high standard. They were extremely efficient, getting the job done quickly without cutting any corners, and left everything spotless afterwards, you wouldn’t even know they’d been apart from the fantastic results. Communication was clear throughout and the workmanship speaks for itself. Highly recommend to anyone needing roofing or gutter work done

  Mark and his team were fantastic. Arrived on time, kept everything neat and tidy. When surprises cropped up, they explained the situation and dealt with them there and then. When advised that our daughter is autistic they adapted to her requirements and caused no distress. Will definitely use him again for further works that we have identified and chatted with him about.

  Honest, reliable and helpful

  I can't recommend this roofer highly enough. After getting multiple quotes where others insisted we needed a completely new roof, he was the only one who was honest enough to say that wasn't actually necessary. Mark took the time to properly assess the situation, explained everything clearly, and suggested a much more reasonable and cost-effective solution. it's rarre to find someone in this trade who values honestly over making a bigger sale. Reliable, professional, and genuienly trustworthy- i would't hesitate to use Ridgeline Roof Care again or recommend to others.
