I needed my carport roof re-felting and my gutters clearing out, so I looked local and found Ridgeline roofcare online. Mark was great from start to finish - he replied promptly to my enquiry sent through WhatsApp and arranged to take a look at what needed doing just a few days later. I was then sent a quote that included everything he would do, which was easy to follow and very professional. The job was done just 2 weeks later and was completed in one day, no fuss and no mess. They were in and out like a breeze! The work done was excellent and I'd definitely use Mark again. Thank you!

Great customer service and communication. The job was completed really quickly after Mark completed a survey/inspection of my roof and sent me lots of videos of the issues and how he fixed them while I couldn’t be there. Would really recommend.

Mark was prompt and very professional when attending to quote taking photos and videos to explain what was wrong and what needed doing. The quote was reasonable and the work was carried out quickly, cleanly and professionally.

7 weeks into home ownership and the roof develops a big leak. I contacted Mark who came out to have a look, gave a price, then booked us in a few days later for emergency repairs as it was quite a big job, which turned out to be even more of a headache than first thought. The work we had done was to replace/reset all the broken and slipped slates, install dry ridge system, repoint the chimney, recap the chimney, and redo the flashing. The team tidied up everything at the end of the job and took it all away. Already recommended to a friend wanting to get her roof checked.
