Chris was very quickly to respond to my request for help with a complicated plumbing-in of a new washer/dryer. He arrived on time, parked considerately, assessed what needed to be done quickly and got on with the job. Fitted new stopcock under sink in kitchen and new valves on shower. Came to look at the job and had parts so did it straight away which was appreciated as didn't have to wait for another appointment.
