  Reliable and definitely know their stuff

  They came out to investigate a blocked drain outside the kitchen. They quickly diagnosed a broken drain as mud was appearing. Returned a few days later and dug out a new drain. After a slight delay due to bad weather they came back to finish the job. They made good very well , you could hardly see where they had been. Very happy

  Chaotic administration and poor customer care.

  Agreed a job with this business, and work was carried out as agreed, and paid for promptly. However, getting an invoice out of him in a form suitable for my insurance company proved impossible. I was sent a hand scrawled invoice on a letter-head containing a VAT number and he is apparently not registered for VAT. He was very evasive about providing an invoice without a VAT number, and giving the detail required by my insurers. I suggest not employing this business because of chaotic attitude to administration and poor customer aftercare.

  Job was done to a high standard . Customer asked me to add money on for an insurance claim! We can’t do this . We are not vat registered, the customer was not charged vat. Customer had invoice sent over straight away and still to over a week to pay.
