all round very good

We were let down by our booked plumber. I rang Chris at 5pm and he said that he would come the next morning at 9 o'clock. He texted at 8.50 to say he was on his way. He arrived with his mate (with a hoover in case they needed to clear up) and quickly installed the shower. They were both polite, tidy and took away the packaging from the shower. Gave some advice on how to prolongue the life of the shower. Very professional and I will definitely use again.

Great experience, really quick to get in contact. Felt personal, rather than automated bombardment I had with other suppliers. Was all resolved very quickly and hassle free. Top quality job, cleaned it all up after too. Very pleased, would recommend

Chris came out the same day I called to replace a broken bath/shower mixer tap. He kept me informed of the time he’d be there and was very friendly when he arrived. I also thought I needed some work done on the toilet but didn’t and he didn’t just do it anyway like some people might! Would definitely use him again.

The work was carried out really well by a very friendly and efficient team. Only room for improvement would be a bit more communication around appointment changes. But would recommend and use again.
