  Richard gave us a very reasonable quote for a new consumer unit in SE26 and booked the work in quickly. His team member did a fantastic job on the day, he was friendly, very thorough and the work was very neat. Certification was provided quickly after as well. We were really pleased with the whole experience and will definitely be booking with them again in the future. Recommended.

  Job done well, but value for money uncertain

  Richard responded quickly, communication was clear - he passed me a Gas Engineer contact and booked his own Electrical Engineer within days. The job was more complex than expected. I'm not fully sure the full day rate was justified - some time was him sourcing materials, and I couldn't tell if the pace on-site reflected complexity or could've been quicker. He was often on his phone/headphones during Teams calls. Work was completed and cleaned up well, though I later noticed a scratch on the hob (unconfirmed cause). Charges came to £528 inc. materials - satisfied but unsure on value.

  Thank you for your feedback. I’m pleased the work was completed successfully. Just to clarify, this job was carried out on a day-work basis. With electrical work, it is often impossible to know exactly what materials are required until the job has first been assessed and the fault identified. We carry common materials, but cannot carry every possible part or operate as a mobile electrical shop. Therefore, when additional materials are required, the time spent collecting them forms part of the working day. Thank you again for your feedback

  emergency electrician after losing power

  Called out an emergency electrician after losing power to half the house. He arrived within 40 minutes, diagnosed a faulty consumer unit, and had everything sorted safely that same evening. Genuinely grateful for the quick response.
