  Good quality build

  From my initial meeting with Ben Slater through to completion, I knew I had made the right decision to go with Richard Thomas to build my conservatory. The whole team were amazing, all very friendly, helpful and efficient, producing a high standard of work, all project managed by Kevin who was always at the end of the phone to answer any queries. Thank you Richard Thomas, I am absolutely delighted with my new conservatory 😀.

  Replacement conservatory roof

  We decided to replace our conservatory roof with a warm insulated . After obtaining three quotations and proposals we considered the best option was Richard Thomas. The completed project confirmed this decision was correct. The project was managed the effectively, starting and completing as planned with no delays , with all of the trades following on after each other. The product is excellent and the level of workmanship the highest. A special mention to Eryk and Callum who undertook the installation. They were so helpful, hardworking and are a credit to the company.

  Very happy customer

  All the staff from Richard Thomas Conservatories that we dealt with were very polite, respectful and a pleasure to work with. The job was relatively small, putting a glass lean-to alongside our kitchen incorporating some pre-existing structure, but was a bit awkward. The skilled men who worked on it were very effective regarding the tricky parts adapting to our minor alterations/requests with ease - the end result is great! We're very happy! The house is a little over 100 years old; the job took 2.5 days. We would recommend this company to our friends and family. Thanks to Richard Thomas.

  Lock broken on previously fitted door

  We bought our new front door in 2021, and last night—four years later—the lock broke. We called Richard Thomas at 8:30 a.m. this morning. Kevin was friendly, helpful, and immediately reassured us that the issue was covered under warranty. He came out right away, and by 9 a.m., everything had been replaced and was working perfectly. You really can’t ask for better customer service. We’re very happy customers!
