  From start to finish the project to complete the build of new conservatory was a great experience. At all stages of the work updates were provided and we were kept up to date. All work was carried out to a very high and excellent standard with the site always being clean and tidy. Regular site checks and communications to confirm status and updates to overall project. Overall completely satisfied with the installation.

  Seamless experience from start to finish

  Completely seamless from start to finish. From the initial consultation there was no pressure or pushy sales approach, it felt collaborative with considered suggestions that always worked to our budget. The build process itself was extremely well organised. A clear itinerary was shared weeks in advance and was followed exactly, so we always knew who would be on site and when, which made the experience far less stressful. Every touchpoint was professional, organised and slick. I would highly recommend them.

  A very professional job done

  Richard Thomas were professional from start to finish. From the initial visit and quote through to the fitting, the men were courteous and hard working. I had a huge bay window replaced, new patio doors and a new front door. Everything ran smoothly helped along by the good weather! I am absolutely delighted with the finished result.

  Window Installation - Excellent Job as Always!

  Excellent service as always! We've used Richard Thomas before for all our replacement doors and now windows. Scott and Ronnie were a pleasure to have on site, friendly, professional and extremely tidy. The work was completed efficiently, ahead of schedule and the windows are excellent quality - our house feels warmer, quieter, and safer. Highly recommended!

  YOU WILL NOT REGRET EMPLOYING RICHARD THOMAS

  We were beyond delighted with the orangery constructed by Richard Thomas. We would recommend them without reservation. The work was carried out on time and competently. The numerous tradesmen involved were professional, courteous, respectful and extremely good in their respective trades. And the project manager assigned to us was worth his weight in gold. We can honestly say that we have never employed such good people working on our houses over the years as Richard Thomas team.
