    Superb company…excellent team…result—excellent extension

    This is a most impressive company. A very warm and friendly approach in the initial meetings with Ben, the owner, conveying a very personal attention to bring about our dream. Clear, concise quotation that was adjusted to our particular needs. A schedule of work detailing who would be coming and what they would be doing that was designed to fit around our holidays. A great team who were equally warm and friendly …took a great pride in their work and set very high standards as well as cleaning up at the end of each day. We are absolutely delighted with the completed extension.

    Professional and courteous

    RTC installed our conservatory in August. They were punctual and professional with project manager Ben overseeing the work. The initial person also called Ben who we spoke to regarding style and specifics of the conservatory was polite, courteous and knowledgeable, which was the deciding factor in going with RTC , as well as price. Thank you to all the team who contributed to our lovely conservatory.

    Great investment - great job - thank you Richard Thomas!

    Richard Thomas looked after us superbly, before, during and after we contracted them to redo our conservatory roof. Rob, Warren and the team listened carefully and took pains to ensure all was done on time and to specifications. The site team worked dilligently and efficiently, tidily and respectfully. I really couldn't have asked for or expected any more from them. Highly recommended and a pleasure to work with.

    From start to finish, the service provided by Richard Thomas Conservatories was excellent. Every stage of the process from the initial consultation to the final finishing touches was handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care. The whole team were brilliant. The tradespeople were not only clearly experienced and skilled, but also friendly, polite, and respectful of our home. The whole project was handled efficiently.     Good quality build

    From my initial meeting with Ben Slater through to completion, I knew I had made the right decision to go with Richard Thomas to build my conservatory. The whole team were amazing, all very friendly, helpful and efficient, producing a high standard of work, all project managed by Kevin who was always at the end of the phone to answer any queries. Thank you Richard Thomas, I am absolutely delighted with my new conservatory 😀.

    Replacement conservatory roof

    We decided to replace our conservatory roof with a warm insulated . After obtaining three quotations and proposals we considered the best option was Richard Thomas. The completed project confirmed this decision was correct. The project was managed the effectively, starting and completing as planned with no delays , with all of the trades following on after each other. The product is excellent and the level of workmanship the highest. A special mention to Eryk and Callum who undertook the installation. They were so helpful, hardworking and are a credit to the company.
