William was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was able to diagnose the fault with my dishwasher over the phone. He very kindly talked me through what I needed to do to fix the problem myself so that I didn’t need to pay a call out charge. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs an appliance repair

They fixed an issue with a washing machine detergent drawer which was jammed. They called for a description of the issue and ordered the replacement part as I knew exactly what I had broken. When they received the part , they called to arrange to come next day to fit it , arrived on time and fixed the washing machine quickly and efficiently.
