  Richard did an excellent job, in the most appalling weather conditions. He arrived when he said he would and took time not to rush the work, despite working for a large part of the time in the rain. I am very satisfied with the finished work. I would have no hesitation in booking him again.

  Direct home improvements was one of 3 companies I asked to quote. Richard was the only one who did some proper research and investigated the problem properly and thouroughly taking pictures to show me afterwards . His advice was very concise and helpful and his quote was competitive. I chose this company to do the work as he demonstrated clearly that he had the knowledge and experience to do a good job. The work was carried out to the high standard he promised and he provided a warranty for 15 years to cover any future issues. he is a pleasant friendly and respectful contractor.

  Efficient and friendly

  Richard was very efficient from the offset . He telephoned me promptly and was looking at the job within 2 hours. He quoted and explained everything he was going to do . The job was carried out efficiently and taken the stress away !! Thank you very much would definitely recommend and will use Richard in the future

  Absolutely brilliant. Scheduled to quote for us within a day and completed the work to a high standard within a couple of days. Thoroughly cleaned out and sealed the gutters at a few leaky points. Highly recommend
