We are very please in the way direct home Improvements approached the work in a prefessional manner. Especially arriving at the exact time agreed to start the work. Very clean, during the work and tidty upon completion, also went over and above of what was agreed.

Richard from Direct Home Improvements did a great job cleaning out and sealing my concrete gutters. He arrived when he said he would, explained clearly what needed doing, and got straight to work. The gutters were in a poor state before, but he cleaned them thoroughly and sealed them properly so everything now looks tidy and well protected. He was polite, professional, and left the area clean afterwards. I’m really pleased with the result and would happily recommend him to anyone needing gutter work done.

Richard was able to repair and replace some black bitumen lining underneath roof tiles on the lower half of our roof. He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He carried out a brilliant job for us in awful weather and all was left in a clean and tidy condition. All this at a fair price as well. Would definitely recommend to others and we will definitely be using again.

Richard did an excellent job, in the most appalling weather conditions. He arrived when he said he would and took time not to rush the work, despite working for a large part of the time in the rain. I am very satisfied with the finished work. I would have no hesitation in booking him again.
