  Rob came out very quickly to look at a fault on my boiler. he quickly checked it & found that it was leaking dangerous amounts of carbon monoxide. Rob then moved around some jobs and was able to source & fit a new boiler within a couple of days.

  A job well carried out, with a friendly and chatting demeanour that smoothed the whole process out. I would have preferred some clearer communication on arrival times, but other than, no issues.

  Boiler repair

  Ryan came over to fix the boiler that wasn't firing up. Issue was related to the fan getting stuck which was quickly diagnosed. Ryan also replaced a heating timer unit which never remembered it's settings when power was removed (such as after a power cut). Ryan was very knowledgeable, tidy and respectful of the property. Would thoroughly recommend and will certainly be using for future work if able to.

  Excellent guy who goes that little bit further

  Ryan is excellent. He made time at the weekend to visit my 96 year old mother when her boiler leaked. Explained options and sorted out a replacement which he fitted perfectly in a day. What made him special though was the time and patience he had explaining to Mum how everything worked and never patronising her as she struggled to get the hang of the new system. I couldn't be happier and have no hesitation in recommending him

  New Central heating system.

  New Central heating boiler and rads installed, Ryan worked long hours, explained what he was doing. Finished in three days and I'm very happy with what has been done.
