  A job well carried out, with a friendly and chatting demeanour that smoothed the whole process out. I would have preferred some clearer communication on arrival times, but other than, no issues.

  Conducted a large piece of work with promptness and professionalism, taking extra care to explain everything and keep the flat tidy after they left. Communication was simple and effective.
