New socket and loft light installation

Company been very friendly before the work and when we agreed to go for it once they came to do work it took 8 hours nearly to finish and they been 3 of them at home ( one of them being bossy and rude to 2 workers and keep arguing in our house was really uncomfortable) after multiple times asking to issue Work Done Certificate being ignored. I am ready to report this matter legally. I did mistake by paying upfront without issuing certificate they been very pushy with invoices and deposits and paying in full. Just be careful!

Excellent communication and fast responses. Job was completed less than a week after receiving a quote. Electrician that attended (Jordan) was very friendly and ensured I understood what the job entailed before beginning. Great company, will use again and recommend! Thank you!

Poor communication & incompetent.

Extremely poor communication & very incompetent organisation. A handful of simple jobs. Suppose to be 1 day job. Turned up with 10% of the parts. Therefore didn’t complete. Stood around most of the day. Ended up taking 4 days after ‘problems with delivery’ - basically they didn’t order the correct things - incompetent. One worker was found rummaging through our kitchen drawers for cutlery and using our microwave without asking - no problem if did ask… Just poor workmanship, overpriced the job & labour. Poor communication. Didn’t turn up one evening. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Bathroom light

Our bathroom light pull cord was not switching light on so we called for an electrician ,Matt a young man came and he took our lights down and replaced them with a fantastic light he was very polite and efficient promp and quick.

Fitted network cabling / Hive heating troubleshooting

Hendrik and his team are second to none when it comes to electrical work. The electrician who came out was a really nice guy - he was on time and did a very tidy job. Hendrik personally came out to check how the work was proceeding, and called me when everything was completed to see if I was happy with everything. Pricing was fair and competitive. I highly recommend his services - everything was absolutely spot on and I will be using him in the future for any electrical work I need. Thank you Hendrik - much appreciated.
