Came out to fix a bathroom light issue. Turned up on time, sourced a new light and fixed it all within an hour. Communication starting the job was good and they were easy to pay at the end with an electronic bill. Excellent all round!

Great communication kept updated even rang ahead to advise of slight delay due to traffic . Job completed and done well.

Cancelled two appointments to quote. Then requested photos of work required but took too long to respond. Meantime I found another electrician.

Jordan was really helpful and he knows whats he’s doing. Tested the cables pressure and installed a new digital smart clock for the electrical boiler and told me if at anytime i need help or another visit to contact Rhino and he will make sure it will be resolved on time.

Great communication from start to finish of work being booked in and completed. Engineer arrived on day as promised and even showed a little earlier than agreed, this was fine with me as I WFH, they did call ahead to check this was ok. Work, replacing light fittings in 2 rooms, was explained and completed quickly, no fuss and no mess left behind. Engineer was polite and efficient.
