  I recently had my boiler both replaced and relocated. Big thank you to Raymond, Bob and Troy who worked efficiently and thoroughly. I particularly appreciated the time that Ray took to explain things in detail and how well he communicated from start to finish of the job. Highly recommended.

  They attended promptly for a boiler breakdown, and were able to put us in contact with exactly the right company to get it fixed up quickly and well, at very little cost, as well as providing quotes for replacement if necessary. Extremely helpful, competent, polite and friendly service.

  Look no further!

  We asked Raymond for help on several boiler and plumbing issues at our Victorian mid-terraced house: 1) Fixing consistently elevated boiler pressure 2) Removing a redundant radiator + installing a new heated towel rail. 3) Replacement of entire internal flush mechanism in bathroom toilet. He did a fantastic job on all 3 points and went above-and-beyond in our eyes. We are very pleased with the results. He is courteous and an excellent communicator, was on-schedule and, we felt, was good value for the services provided. He is our go-to guy for anything heating/gas/plumbing/etc

  Raymond and Bob just done a fantastic job in replacing our old boiler! They removed the old boiler upstairs and fitted the new one in the kitchen. They also kindly recognised and repaired other unexpected issues along the way. They were very efficient and their workmanship was excellent! We couldn't be happier with the service. Raymond and Bob were very punctual, friendly and explained things patiently and with care. It was clearly evident that they are both extremely knowledgeable in what they do.   Pipe fittings

  Liaised with R H heating and gas over the phone with request on getting some pipe work replaced. Were extremely responsive with well throughout and detailed explanation on how to complete the work and ideas for what should be done. More able to attend and complete in record time with great attitude and attentions to details. More than happy to accommodate additional ideas and show a level of professionalism that brings pride to the industry and plumbers everywhere. Great company and stick to Thier word when completing work, will be using again for an upcoming shower replacement 10/10 great 👍

  New boiler installation

  Raymond installed a new Ideal Logic C30 boiler for me, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The job was completed in two days and done to a high standard. He arrived exactly when he said he would—no delays or rescheduling. The work area in the garage was left spotless after both days. Raymond was respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He also provided helpful guidance on how to use the boiler. A very happy customer here—highly recommend!
