Raymond from RH Heating & Gas Services carried out a boiler service and repairs at my flat. Punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. If there’s one thing I’d want people to take from this review, it’s that it’s extremely rare to find someone who is not only technically excellent but also genuinely cares about doing the job properly. Thank you, Raymond, you are restoring trust in people. We need more trade people like you!

Ray and his team replaced the Vaillant combi boiler in my Camberwell flat - a properly professional job throughout. He spotted that my old boiler was unsafe and decommissioned it on the spot, gave a detailed quote with no surprises, and explained every technical decision (like why a chemical flush suited a flat with neighbours below). Two engineers handled tricky flue work tidily and on schedule, and he coordinated smoothly with my builder and electrician. Honest, knowledgeable and fair on price. Highly recommend for any boiler or gas work.

When our old boiler broke down, Raymond was quick to get back to us, troubleshoot the issue and give us options to fix or replace. We decided to replace with a new boiler, and they were able to fit that work super quickly which we really appreciated as we have a 2 year old. They were super prompt and transparent through the whole process, working through a few installation decisions and going the extra mile to make sure we had a great service.
