Ray and his colleague Bob installed a new boiler for us. We are really happy with the standard of work, they communicated everything very clearly and the install was excellent. They found some dodgy plumbing that the previous owner had done and made sure everything was put right and bought up to the proper safety standards. Ray was great to deal with and followed up a few days later to make sure the boiler was working as it should be.

The whole process working with Ray was great, really smooth from first call, quotation through to booking in my boiler replacement. He quoted for replacing my boiler and a couple of radiator valves I needed doing, and the work was completed really smoothly by Ray and Bob who came round and just got on with it. Ray's communication was great, fully explained everything I needed to know and I felt confident throughout the process I had chosen the right men for the job!

From the beginning, Raymond went above and beyond to help me. I needed a second hand dual fuel cooker fitted so he arranged for himself and an electrician (who was also great) to attend the job at very short notice, even though this was out of hours. He fixed a dangerous problem I had with the original gas pipes, always explaining the process and reasons for what he was doing. He has even arranged for the old cooker to be collected which has saved me another job. He is friendly, helpful and extremely professional. Raymond comes highly recommended.
