Richard arrived as promised to do the annual service. He found there were a couple of faults. Carried out a temporary fix on a filling loop which was leaking. While he was with me he informed the boiler manufacturer about the issues. Great company to deal with very professional from start to finish I had an immersion tank that was 40 years old and needed replacing. We had five other trades from this site as well as a rival site. By far Richard gave us a different option from the others, suggesting we took away the old header water tank. also no one mentioned having an over flow pipe going the from tank to the outside just in case of problem On the day Richard arrived on the time stated the work was carried out with no fuss or problems. Richard fitted a replacement of a faulty digital shower. He was quick and thorough and left everything clean. I now have a great replacement shower.
