Richard arrived as promised to do the annual service. He found there were a couple of faults. Carried out a temporary fix on a filling loop which was leaking. While he was with me he informed the boiler manufacturer about the issues. I was able to have the 2 faults sorted next day by one of their technicians all under warranty.

Great company to deal with very professional from start to finish I had an immersion tank that was 40 years old and needed replacing. We had five other trades from this site as well as a rival site.
