  Electrical safety check

  I hired this electrician to carry out an electrical safety inspection at my property, with a report to follow after making promises to make the report available same day after making payment. It has now been over four weeks and I am still waiting for the report, despite several attempts to follow up. Very disappointing service and poor communication.

  New fuse board fitted in an old house and an EICR test

  Completed an EICR inspection and identified that the existing old fuse board failed compliance. Supplied and installed a new consumer unit within two days, delivering friendly, helpful service throughout. Worksite was left clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

  New fuseboard installed

  I made contact at 11.30 pm on Friday evening and Mr Sparks responded within 5 minutes. He came round early the next day to assess the issue and arranged to return the following weekend to replace the fuseboard. He kept me informed at every stage of proceedings. Although we had to change the date slightly, owing to a change in circumstances, he proved to be utterly reliable in his timekeeping. The job was not easy as he had to work in a very confined space but he dealt with this difficulty in a professional way. He tidied up after he had finished and ensured I had all the correct documents. We had a comfortable chat as he worked yet he remained utterly focused on the job in hand and my dog did not present as a problem to him. He has made me feel far more secure.
