  He replaced two plug sockets as we wanted. He moved a light fitting, but made an unnecessary hole in the ceiling right above the bed with nothing protecting the bed from all the falling plaster. He replaced an extractor fan but the way it's been fitted leaves a deep hole above the fan and it's only attached by three screws rather than four. He didn't communicate any of this. He pressured us for payment by text message and WhatsApp and told us the fusebox inspection paperwork would be done the next day. Then he said Sunday. It's now Monday and we haven't received it.

  Oven was tripping the RCCB

  They responded promptly to my messages. They came over and carefully checked the oven and electrics. They communicated clearly that the oven was unsafe to use and offered to disconnect it. They explained clearly how to pay for the visit. I would use this company again.

  Outdoor fault found by Mr Sparks

  Mr Sparks (Rory) came out within hours of being let down by 2 other electricians who did not turn up. I had a fault that was causing hell for us. He found the fault in the garden shed supply. Could not be happier with the lad.
