    My fuse box was making high vibration sounds. Contacted Rory, and within a few hours we had a date lined up for himself to check it for me, with minimal fuss. I cancelled a day after after the noise left, thinking it was fine, then asked again for his services as it came back - without issue Rory still kept to the original appointment date, found the issue and resolved it within 5 minutes. Thank you Rory, it was a genuine pleasure to meet you, ill be 100% using you again in the future.

    Never received inspection documents

    He replaced two plug sockets as we wanted. He moved a light fitting, but made an unnecessary hole in the ceiling right above the bed with nothing protecting the bed from all the falling plaster. He replaced an extractor fan but the way it's been fitted leaves a deep hole above the fan and it's only attached by three screws rather than four. He didn't communicate any of this. He pressured us for payment by text message and WhatsApp and told us the fusebox inspection paperwork would be done the next day. Then he said Sunday. It's now Monday and we haven't received it.
