From the outset RFC Services were friendly and helpful. The quote was professionally delivered and easy to understand and we were able to negotiate sensibly around the initial quote. The installation was very well managed - dust=sheets everywhere and they met our requirement to leave the wallpaper around our old fireplace as undamaged as possible. We are extremely happy with the outcome. Our whole experience with RFC was stress-free and well managed. Our showroom is at 322 Spring Road Ipswich IP4 5NL. Hours are Tuesday to Friday 10am till 3pm and Saturday 10 am till 2 pm. Appointments outside of these times by prior arrangement.We have been working with fireplaces for over 20 years, as a sole trader, then a partnership and finally in April 2012, as a limited company. The bulk of our work today comprises the installation of wood-burning stoves and flue liners. We're also HETAS registered for the fitting of twin wall chimneys where a property has no chimney and rigid systems suitable for thatched cottages.
We also sell and install a large range of gas fires and stoves suitable for existing fireplaces, properties with no chimneys and even outdoor ones! Our gas fitter is qualified for both natural gas and LPG installations.
We also have a good selection of state of the art electric fires and stoves that will amaze you!We are agents for the Colin Parker Masonry range of superb marble and granite fireplaces.We are agents for a premier bio-ethanol fire company, Planika Fires. These amazing fires do not require a chimney and some are "Plug and Play". Others are ideal for BBQ's or parties. We can supply and fit most fires / stoves on the market today and offer annual servicing. We are retailers of Certainly Wood's premium kiln dried logs and kindling. We also supply and fit a range of bird guards and anti downdraught cowls along with a complete range of mantles, fireplaces and fireside accessories.
