From the outset RFC Services were friendly and helpful. The quote was professionally delivered and easy to understand and we were able to negotiate sensibly around the initial quote. The installation was very well managed - dust=sheets everywhere and they met our requirement to leave the wallpaper around our old fireplace as undamaged as possible. We are extremely happy with the outcome. Our whole experience with RFC was stress-free and well managed. Obviously we would recommend them to anybody in our area looking to replace their fireplace or gas fire.
