Michael thoroughly measured my property and took all my plans into account. He produced details plans for my internal structural changes and quickly implemented my requested amendments. Michael was very pleasant and easy to deal with. He turned up on time and spent a couple of hours taking measurements. He listened to our plans and interpreted them correctly. Michael was efficient and communicative. He produced the plans, designs, and routed the structural calcs for our kitchen extension and interior remodel quickly and let us know throughout. We opted to go through the planning process via Michael/DAB and this really helped reduce any stress associated as we didn't know what we were doing.
