Michael thoroughly measured my property and took all my plans into account. He produced details plans for my internal structural changes and quickly implemented my requested amendments. He was very pleasant to work with and patient my limited availability.

Michael was very pleasant and easy to deal with. He turned up on time and spent a couple of hours taking measurements. He listened to our plans and interpreted them correctly. All was completed within a week - very efficient.

Martin arrived promptly when he said he would, he was always polite, courteous and helpful. When I received the initial draft of my plans he had no problem making a few amendments I requested. Would highly recommend him.

Michael was efficient and communicative. He produced the plans, designs, and routed the structural calcs for our kitchen extension and interior remodel quickly and let us know throughout. We opted to go through the planning process via Michael/DAB and this really helped reduce any stress associated as we didn't know what we were doing. All in all, really happy :)

Michael designed our ground floor extension and gained us the required planning permission. He was extremely knowledgeable and even altered our plans a few times ‘free of charge’ I would highly recommend his team should anyone I know require architectural plans.
