Carl was fantastic. Really friendly and responsive. Came to do the job the next day - arrived on time, explained the issue clearly, and solved the issue before leaving everything nice and tidy. Couldn’t rate him highly enough.

I’ve used Carl a few times … replacing tap, fitting a stop cock and most recently repairing a toilet flow valve that I had attempted to do myself! Every time, Carl has been very quick responding to communications. He is always polite, friendly, efficient, speedy with repairs. He explains everything he is doing, as he does it, and provides advice on how to resolve similar issues myself, where possible! Very reasonable prices and has never charged more than he quoted before he arrived. I would have no hesitation recommending Carl It’s great having details of a plumber you can rely on and trust
