Carl did an absolutely outstanding job of installing a new toilet bowl. He kept in touch from my initial enquiry, right through to completing the work. He is honest and transparent in both what to expect, and quoting a price. He is a man who genuinely takes pride in his work. He really went out of his way to ensure that his work was completed to the highest standard.

Repaired overflow and plug in the bath and had to get into a very tight spot to do it. Quoted from photos and was clear that if he wasn’t able to do it he wouldn’t charge. Very happy that he managed and we didn’t have to move the bath. Very pleased. My kids were also pleased! I quote my 5 year old ‘that plumber is a-mazing. How did he do it?! I am so so super happy right now!’
