Carl was absolutely first class, i required advice on my leaking kitchen tap, he was with us within the hour, he replaced my kitchen tap, great price! , communication was spot on, and such a lovely genuine guy! We will defiantly be using Carl again in the future for any other plumbing issues.

Carl is always our first point of call when we need any plumbing repairs or maintenance. Today he replaced some old unsightly "above ground' radiator pipes and moved them under the floorboards. They now look a lot neater and as usual a very thorough, professional job with no mess. Carl explained everything he was doing and made sure the whole heating system was back up and running before leaving. His communication is second to none and he always turns up when he says he will.

Consistent and helpful with his input from my initial enquiry through quoting stage to the day of the job. Turned up promptly at the agreed time. Changed the flush systems of both the toilets which was giving me trouble. Work satisfactorily done at a reasonable price.

The communication with Carl was brilliant. From receiving the job, he was responsive, quick to fit me in and arrived on time. The supply and fit of the new shower was done extremely professionally and at a very reasonable price. He was polite, respectful and efficient and would highly recommend.
