The man turned up promptly, but without all the parts he needed to carry out the repair. He forced the machine to fit the door lock he had come with, but it did not solve the problem of the machine not starting. He accordingly left to get fresh parts and a renewed quote. When the renewed quote came through, it exceeded the value of the machine (which was only 5 years old) and I ended buying a new machine from John Lewis. Although the visit was ineffective, I was refunded £45 promptly. In the end I paid a £50 call out charge.

The Washing Machine repair man was very thorough, efficient, polite, and courteous. He was very attentive, and looked after my Washing Machine very well. He has repaired the working parts and says the machine will work for another eight or nine years. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I would use them again if I need them.
