Zhi was lovely! Communication via text was a little difficult - his spoken English was much better than written so I was a bit worried at first. Communication with head office was good but I'd suggest in future the issue be shared in detail with engineers prior to them trying to get more details from me via text as this caused a bit of added admin/stress! Otherwise happy with the service. The problem was my plug socket switch after some investigating. Zhi offered to fix something else since no labour was really required which was kind. Got him to check a few things but nothing needed doing...

Repair Masters were fantastic from start to finish. Communication from both the head office and the engineer himself was easy and effortless. Very transparent in terms of how much it would cost to repair my oven. The engineer that attended was professional, tidy and knew his stuff! Absolutely brilliant service all round. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Great communication from start to finish with both the office that organised the engineer to come out and the engineer himself. They were attentive and patient as I was trying to explain the issues and were able to identify the issue over the phone. This meant that the engineer came prepared and was able to resolve the issues in next to no time. Very transparent too. No hidden costs, no surprises. Highly recommended.

I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Peter my engineer was the loveliest man - he fixed my washing machine with ease, he was very polite to me and my dog and even fixed my kitchen cupboard door that I had accidentally ripped off in the process of moving the washing machine. He is a genuine, honest man who really did go above and beyond. He just saved a stressed out single woman £300 and fixed my kitchen cupboard - I am genuinely very grateful. True gentlemen still exist… hurrah!

Repair Masters sent a very knowledgeable and practical electrician/engineer, who fixed the door bell in ten minutes. He then took on the up-and-over garage door which was getting heavy to open - not an electrical matter at all, but mechanical. He saw that the springs were loose, tightened them both, lubricated the various joints and rollers, restoring full function - all done within 20 minutes or so. All-in-all an excellent two-component job done!

Called really quickly after my enquiry discussed job over phone and then arranged for the engineer to take on the job. He was great called as soon as he was available and was able to fix my integrated oven really quickly. I felt really confident he had checked all the other parta over too to ensure that they were in good order. Would absolutely use again
