I was not at the property and asked the company to please call me to update me on the issues with the machine. I recieved no call just an invoice for the call out. I the explained to the man who messaged me that I had not been updated. He WhatsApped me saying ' you need the PCBs replaced '. I explained I would like a call explaining what this is and the issues found. I never recieved a call. But a message saying I need to replace this and the cost.

Wonderful service from beginning to end. Both Jamie and Andy were a pleasure to deal with. The Repair job was completed a day earlier which is always appreciated. Phone call updates were great

Repair Masters were prompt and helpful in keeping the promised appointment time, the fault on my Lamova oven was quickly found and the parts ordered. The oven was quickly serviceable again and the invoice was as expected throughout the text exchanges. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent service throughout. Communication created a little too many messages backwards and forwards, but otherwise the service was great: fast, prompt, good communication. While on site, they fixed the issue, no problem. Recommended.

Overall Repair Masters provided a solid service. Zhi turned up on a bike (so no issues with parking) and was on time. The repair was fast and efficient and he took the time to explain what the issue was and what he was doing to resolve it. He was polite and left the area looking tidy.
