We had heard some negative tales about HP installations but we needn't have worried. From the start Phil and the guys we're so mindful of our home and were so professional. Nothing was too much trouble and always consulted with us before doing any work, so we always felt reassured of the way forward. They really know their stuff. We had a cascading system and it was no problem for them. They were clean and tidy, respectful and to be honest they were just lovely guys and it was an absolute pleasure having them in our home.
