First rate tradesman, will use again..

Phil was on time and did an excellent job informing me of everything he was doing and why. I highly recommend him to anyone requiring a heat pump service.

We had heard some negative tales about HP installations but we needn't have worried. From the start Phil and the guys we're so mindful of our home and were so professional. Nothing was too much trouble and always consulted with us before doing any work, so we always felt reassured of the way forward. They really know their stuff. We had a cascading system and it was no problem for them. They were clean and tidy, respectful and to be honest they were just lovely guys and it was an absolute pleasure having them in our home. Rest assured if they work for you, you will be very, very pleased.

Phil arrived on time and spent a while sorting the service even though it was a cold day, when he was checking the Air Pump. Went through the report and explained the service. Would use again.

Phil is a good guy, he kept me informed of the situation. I hired him to service my air source heat pump. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He takes extra care in servicing the whole system and answered all my questions. I would recommend his services to anyone. Price is reasonable too.
