Excellent work, Aaron was a very professional man. His work was to a very high standard. He advised us on what should be done and gave us some good ideas. He worked very hard and left everything very neat and tidy at the end. The team at Renderproof House Preservation were second to none, from the initial survey (helpfully broken down into separately priced chucks given the scale of the job), right through to their flexibility in adding other jobs such as plastering, painting, repairing floors, ripping out a fireplace just to name a few jobs that came up. I was always kept up to date. They took the ground floor of a sad sodden but house and turned it into a home. Their attention to detail was second to none. We had a damp patch on our wall caused by a leaking pipe. Aaron completed the work incredibly neatly, in a timely manner and kept our house clean throughout. Once the plumber had fixed the leak, he came back out to repair the wall. He's so friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend. The communication with Christine throughout was fabulous. With 30 years’ industry experience, we provide specialist surveys and a comprehensive range of remedial services to treat and beat structural decay caused by damp, wet/dry rot & woodworm infestation. We provide expert advice and innovative fixes for: condensation & mould control; timber preservation; and structural water proofing - including basement tanking, and other suitable systems to protect properties against damage from groundwater and pluvial flooding. This includes paint removal from exterior and basement masonry and stonework.
As a multifunctional business, we also provide quality, high specification property refurbishment and renovation services, including structural alterations, all aspects of solid plastering, painting & decorating, plus highly skilled decorative Venetian Marble plaster finishes. We also offer patio and decking cleaning, render cleaning, roof de-mossing, and graffiti removal services.
We are a small company and pride ourselves on our ‘belt & braces’ approach to all the services we offer our clients, along with the standard of our workmanship. RenderProof is underpinned by years of knowledge, experience, and an understanding of buildings old and new, together with their varying construction materials and methods. We aim to always put clients at ease with our friendly and informative approach, care, and commitment to finding the most pragmatic and cost-effective solutions. We will always base our recommendations and estimates on work that is proportionate to the defects we have identified, and which complies with regulations and legislation.
