I contacted Aaron and Christine regarding a damp issue, their investigation and report was very thorough, the resultant work carried out was done very professionally and I am very pleased with the result. We had a damp patch on our wall caused by a leaking pipe. Aaron completed the work incredibly neatly, in a timely manner and kept our house clean throughout. Once the plumber had fixed the leak, he came back out to repair the wall. He's so friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend. The communication with Christine throughout was fabulous. I can't fault them!

We would have no hesitation is recommending Aaron to carry out any work relating to the treatment of damp. From the initial survey carried out, detailed report outlining the issues and recommended works through to work carried out we have been very impressed. Aaron is extremely knowledgeable and genuine, we trusted his recommendations for what work was required to our home in order to resolve significant damp issues in our old cottage. The scale of works, and having a young baby, meant we moved our for the duration but Aaron’s communication was spot on and we’re delighted with the results.

Aaron was exceptional, from start to finish he explained the work he was doing. He was tidy and clean and the work was exemplary! I could not rate him highly enough. Christine’s communication was also exceptional, I will certainly use them again should the need arise for any other property.

Aaron did some work for us recently in our utility room, which was dated and in need of an upgrade to say the least! He removed the artex ceiling and gutted the room, unearthing some bonus damp issues which required treating. He did this, in addition to the originally quoted work, and then refinished the plastering to the walls and ceiling. All of this was clearly spelled out and communicated to me along with his recommendation. Even with the extra work he still finished on time! Quality was excellent. I’ve used Aaron for years and wouldn’t use anyone else - there’s a reason I come back!

Aaron gave us a very comprehensive investigation of the problem. He gave an estimate, which was confirmed within 24 hours together with a starting date and number of days for the task. We agreed with everything and Aaron started and completed the task in the time arranged. Aaron was a perfect worker, focussed, sociable, informative of the stages and good at cleaning up. He also did a small job and gave good advice on another job. All in all Aaron was extremely professional, a really nice man and does the job as arranged on time and budget. We highly recommend Renderproof/Aaron.
