  Brilliant all-round service

  I originally got Nick in to build a bespoke bookcase, but I was so happy with the result that he ended up doing loads more around the house. He created storage alcoves, fixed a dodgy bathroom floor, installed a new bath and sink, and completely renovated out my kitchen. He took care of most of the organising with other trades too, which made things much easier for me. He’s honest, friendly, professional, and his work is top quality. He always kept me in the loop and explained things clearly. Highly recommend.

  Bespoke shelving, new door and restoration of skirting

  My job was urgent and Nick responded very quickly- I appreciated that he problem solved how to create maximum storage in a small cupboard. His workmanship was excellent, I was so pleased with the quality of the work. Nick communicated clearly and honestly throughout the job and I really appreciated his honesty. I had thought I needed new skirting boards but Nick took great care to restore the existing ones, which saved me money and was more sustainable. I also appreciated Nick's clear good communication throughout the job, his integrity and honesty. Would highly recommend.

  Repair to rotten bath frame

  Repairing wooden french doors

  Carried out a very tricky bespoke repair to a high standard, replacing the entire sill and outside step of our French doors with hardwood, while overcoming significant challenges due to the original installation of the doors. He was friendly and polite, and explained what was needed in detail, outlining the options clearly. The work was completed professionally and efficiently, at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

  Bannister rennovation

  Trustworthy, responsive, friendly and clearly knows his trade. Nick was incredibly friendly and helpful. He spent a great deal of time talking through my problem and what I was looking to get done, and clearly knew his stuff. In the end he explained why I didnt actually need to do what I'd enquired about rather than just ploughing on, which was a refreshingly honest response. I'll certainly be using him when i have other work to be done.
