There were a few unexpected issues with this job, but the joiner from Renaissance was not put off and went the extra mile to ensure a satisfactory outcome.

My job was urgent and Nick responded very quickly- I appreciated that he problem solved how to create maximum storage in a small cupboard. His workmanship was excellent, I was so pleased with the quality of the work. Nick communicated clearly and honestly throughout the job and I really appreciated his honesty. I had thought I needed new skirting boards but Nick took great care to restore the existing ones, which saved me money and was more sustainable. I also appreciated Nick's clear good communication throughout the job, his integrity and honesty. Would highly recommend.

Nick did a great job of treating and rebuilding a bath frame that had been damaged from a leak/rot. Job was completed quickly and carefully.

Carried out a very tricky bespoke repair to a high standard, replacing the entire sill and outside step of our French doors with hardwood, while overcoming significant challenges due to the original installation of the doors. He was friendly and polite, and explained what was needed in detail, outlining the options clearly. The work was completed professionally and efficiently, at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Trustworthy, responsive, friendly and clearly knows his trade. Nick was incredibly friendly and helpful. He spent a great deal of time talking through my problem and what I was looking to get done, and clearly knew his stuff. In the end he explained why I didnt actually need to do what I'd enquired about rather than just ploughing on, which was a refreshingly honest response. I'll certainly be using him when i have other work to be done.

Nick responded promptly to the job request with a call to discuss followed swiftly by a quote based on the discussion + photos. He turned up on time and the job was completed to an excellent standard. He even helped out with a couple of other minor jobs that needed doing and for that we are very grateful. In short, a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for your joinery needs!
