  Avoid at all costs. This company handled my house move a week ago and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I was quoted for a 5.5-tonne truck, which would have accommodated all my belongings, but on moving day they arrived with a 3.5-tonne truck instead. I was then told I would need to pay extra for a second vehicle. After a lengthy discussion, I still ended up paying an additional £100. During the move, the crew disappeared for over two hours without notice. When I raised this issue, I was told they were taking a break, despite their own terms stating a much sho

  I hired them recommended by a friend for a small/medium move for a lond distance trip and I had a great experience. The price is straight forward from the day 0 you get the quote, no hidden fees or anything of the sort. Even when I had to move the date and run into logistic complications, the staff was very professional and handled my things with care. Would definitely hire them again in the future

  I was very impressed with the support I received from Shazz and his team. My exchange of contracts and the completion took place just 2 days and before that, everything was not clear and sure but Shazz was patient to wait for me even at short notice and his arrangement in such a short time was very fabulous. His team arrived early and provided us with some extra sturdy packaging that really helped a lot. Speedy, careful, friendly but professional, helpful and responsive are the words that I can tell about them. Go with them, you won't be disappointed. Thanks again Shazz and the team.

  I had such a positive experience with this removal company. The whole process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish.
