This company handled my house move a week ago and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
I was quoted for a 5.5-tonne truck, which would have accommodated all my belongings, but on moving day they arrived with a 3.5-tonne truck instead. I was then told I would need to pay extra for a second vehicle. After a lengthy discussion, I still ended up paying an additional £100.

We take customer concerns seriously, but several points in this review do not accurately reflect what occurred. Additional items, including a new heavy bed and two bicycles, were not included in the original inventory, resulting in the agreed £50 adjustment. A further £50 was for packing and wrapping mirrors and pictures. The additional vehicle took around 1 hour 10 minutes to arrive while the remaining crew continued working. We also dispute the claims regarding staff conduct and damage, which were not independently verified. We respect the customer’s experience but believe our wider feedback
