  Very prompt response to our initial enquiry to assess and replace a tiled pitched roof and 2 flat roof extensions (large bungalow). Work started six days later and was completed in three days. Very efficient team - respected our property and did an excellent job including a complete clear-up afterwards. Access to our property was extremely difficult, overgrown very narrow lane totally unsuitable for a skip or large trucks but the team found work-arounds ferrying tiles and removing debris in smaller trucks etc. Scaffolders also excellent. Can recommend Remedial Roofing.

  Fantastic from beginning to end. Communication from the company was excellent and I was kept informed throughout the process of my roof replacement. The work was speedy and professional and the roof looks amazing. The final bill was also a bit less than expected so I was very happy with that! Thank you to all the workers who put in so much effort to complete the job so quickly. Thanks to Joe, you have a great team. And of course thanks to Alfie for keeping an eye on things and tidying up so well! Overall 10/10

  Entire roof replaced by Remedial. Their pricing came in mid-table amongst a shortlist of 5. What differentiated them was expertise, clarity and transparency they provided from the outset. A willingness to explore ways to reduce cost and not up-sell and/or inflate scope. Joe (who heads up their team) instinctively garners trust and was easy to deal with and always available. They work on premium resi jobs in Weybridge/Oxshott etc which provides reassurance. Execution went relatively smoothly. Workers were hardworking, fast and trustworthy. Snags rectified easily. High quality service.
